We are a one-stop-shop for clients who want to acquire or build a real estate property, providing valuable information for Site Selection, Real Estate Property Acquisition and Location Assessment. Clients can use our APIs to subscribe one or more parameters, adding value to their listed real estate properties and portals.
The problem we're solving
To achieve sustainability and decarbonisation, the financial system is redirecting capital towards ESG investments, integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance goals. The UN Environment Programme predicts that sustainable investment will reach €49 trillion by 2025. To access the best financial opportunities in the market, our clients - large real estate owners, private and public entities - must plan, improve, and report the ESG KPIs in their Properties and Buildings. How can they do this?
Our solution
OWL is combining Building Information Modelling, Geospatial Data, and Artificial Intelligence, enabling clients to plan, improve, and report the ESG performance and carbon footprint of their properties. As a result, companies and public entities can now access and maintain the best sustainable financing opportunities by leveraging OWL's certificates and digital twins.
Our differentiator
Some competitors also work with geospatial data and nature-based solutions to offset carbon, but they focus on carbon absorption in agricultural or forest projects. OWL is tackling the problem at its root by decarbonising cities and urban properties, where more than 70% of global carbon emissions are produced. OWL is also a deep tech solution, with proprietary algorithms and certificates that allow for the assessment of ESG KPIs for both buildings and their impact on the surroundings.
