Experienced global Creative & Digital leader and entrepreneur, recognised as a finalist in 'Executive of the Year' awards on multiple occasions. CJ was one of the founding partners of independent creative:media agency Cummins&Partners and led their full-service agency to rapid success and growth as CEO over 10 years, including being honoured as 'Agency of the Year' in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019. C&P was also ranked #11 Independent Global Creative Agency by Cannes, #1 in Asia Pacific and was recognised in BRW 'Fast Starters' and BRW 'Fast 100'.
With a passion for truly integrated marketing services, CJ had the rare privilege of leading and working in agencies that have achieved the ‘integrated GRAND SLAM’ by winning individual Creative, Media, Direct, Digital, Full Service and Advertising 'Agency of the Year' awards.
A finalist in 'Executive of the Year' twice and 'Champion of Change' awards on multiple occasions, he was a strong advocate for independent agencies, including his role as a Board Director for the Advertising Council of Australia.
