As a seasoned diplomat with expertise in international development and climate cooperation, I am committed to creating opportunities to empower underserved populations and addressing the climate crisis by driving innovations, finance, and partnerships.

Over the years, I have led the Korean government's Official Development Assistance (ODA) programs across food and agriculture, climate change, education, healthcare, and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) sectors in Latin America, serving in three diplomatic missions in Uruguay, Colombia, and Honduras.
