I have a passion to build a dynamic understanding of your users, organization and systems, to develop people centric service delivery models, and, to champion the design of meaningful customer experiences.

Currently, I’m fixated on 3 things:

• how service delivery can be designed to empower the people who deliver it
• how responsibility can be a catalyst for decision making within organizations
• how the way we measure products and services needs to be expanded with a systemic view
