Francesco Cassinerio

I am an experienced supporter of the startup ecosystem, with roles in investor relations, startup scouting, and mentoring. My background as an M&A lawyer includes advising on multi-million dollar deals that position companies and funds for long-term growth and profitability. I played a key role in two landmark transactions within Myanmar’s banking sector.

I initially expanded my focus to the startup space in Southeast Asia, where I collaborated with venture capital funds to identify emerging opportunities and advised startups at pre-seed and seed stages. I am an active mentor guiding entrepreneurs through structured accelerator programs in the US, where I reside, and globally. I also support the startups ecosystems in Southeast Asia and the US as angel investor.

With an LLM in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law, alongside an MBA in Finance, my international experience across Europe, Asia, and North America allows me to bring a globally-minded approach to every opportunity.
