A strategic thinker with experience in executing and managing HR Processes, across the HR Value Chain, in diversified, multi-national Oil and Gas as well as Mining organizations
My objective in life is learning. Growing in my career and learning on the way has always been a priority. I started my career in Recruitment, but really cut my teeth after joining Sasol 10 years ago as an L&D Practitioner. Sasol is the laboratory called "life" and has given me multiple opportunities to create and re-invent various HR practices as well as to optimise business processes and systems in each of the various roles I’ve held with them. I apply my strengths of Integrated Talent Management, Long Term Workforce Planning, Organisational Design and identifying links between relatively unrelated concepts in every workplace challenge I encounter.
I am a well balanced individual with a passion for learning and the development of everything new. My strengths include conceptual development and identifying links between relatively unrelated concepts. I am an outgoing, sociable individual and am very comfortable interacting with others. Oral communication and facilitation or presentation is an inherent strength of mine as it has always come natural to me.
