Meredith Angwin

Meredith has extensive business transformation and executive leadership experience gained from her career in consulting and a major financial services organisation. In a career spanning more than 30 years she has worked in a range of consulting leadership and line management positions across China, ASEAN (Singapore and Thailand) as well as Australia. She has held a number of senior roles including most recently as the Partner leading the Commercial Risk Management & Quality function for the EY’s Asia Pacific Consulting business. Meredith is a passionate fintech advocate and since 2015 has been actively involved in the development of Australia’s Fintech industry and led EY Oceania initiatives which actively support emerging Fintechs locally. Prior to setting out on her own, Meredith led the EY FinTech Australia Census in conjunction with FinTech Australia to deliver the most comprehensive industry backed review of the Australian fintech landscape. She is also a regular collaborator with Fintech Hubs, FinTech Australia, State and Federal Government, regulators and agencies to activate Australia’s Fintech industry.
