I am a seasoned and professional Program Director/Executive with over 30 years in Project Management, having delivered programs across varying industry sectors for customers in both a customer centric or system integrated delivery role utilising and leading large and complex national and international teams. I have established PMO's, EPMO's and JPMO's within my roles incorporating construction of Project Management Frameworks encompassing associated tools, templates and governance across Enterprises and Corporations.

I have a passion for delivery, able to manage and deliver large and complex projects, programs or portfolios of work against aggressive and difficult targets.

My last 15 years have predominantly been delivering RED programs that have not been able to achieve their original outcomes. Being able to quickly determine project/program status, resource capability and what is required to achieve their outcomes, combined with the ability to quickly read people to obtain the best out of their capabilities has enabled me to recover most of these programs to the original expectations of key stakeholders and customers.

Being both PRINCE (PRojects IN a Controlled Environment) and MPD (Master Project Director) certified, I not only have the practical, but the theoretical knowledge behind project management methodologies and techniques

A high level of personal presentation and excellent interpersonal skills are matched with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and job requirements. An effective self-manager, I am also a good team player, able to motivate and lead where necessary as well as contribute to the group environment

A natural aptitude for verbal and written communications is matched with a desire to continue my career within project, program, portfolio or business management and people oriented fields
