Strong background in technology, operations, advertising & marketing, with experience and deep understanding of various sectors and business models.
Experience aligning organisations towards a centralised goal, while fostering the vision and mission has allowed me to teach, lead, direct and coach others in my consulting roles.
Evaluation of new business models, go to market strategies that combine long term vision and planning with agile startup strategies has enabled my own startups and other entities to capitalize on ever changing market opportunities and accelerate the executive teams development as leaders.
This experience awarded insights that help entities to leverage future markets and competitive trends that can deliver new innovative products and services. What has shone through is my execution mindset and a bias towards actions, outcomes and results.
I believe conscious entrepreneurship is something that should be held at the forefront of decision making and it is important to be aware of the effects our business decisions have on internal as well as external circumstances.
We ought to measure what matters most; The ability of a business to not only generate returns, but also create value for its customers, employees, community, and the environment. We all have a part to play - “You can’t make money on a dead planet”.
