Business strategy and innovation consultant with extensive international experience advising corporate, government and regulatory clients on business development, industry analysis, financial markets and complex valuations. As a principal at Charles River Associates in Boston, USA, I successfully built and managed high-performance teams across a range of industries including energy, banking, insurance, financial data and markets, health care, waste management and telecommunications.

Since return to Australia to be closer to family, I have been working closely with technology startups and startup accelerators. As the lead scout for one of the world’s largest accelerators, Startupbootcamp, I managed the global search for startups with innovative products, services or disruptive business models in energy sharing and trading, big data, blockchain, IoT, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other technologies. She worked with Startupbootcamp’s corporate partners to identify technology and startups that could bring critical innovation and new markets to their existing businesses. As a mentor for the program, I use customer-centric and agile frameworks to work with selected teams on product-market fit, customer validation, business models, value proposition, growth and investment strategy. Since early 2018, I have been facilitating the highly-rated pre-mediation sessions for Startupbootcamp’s accelerator and corporate innovation programs.
