Liz has extensive cross-industry and sector experience delivering organisational transformation and innovative solutions to drive the efficiency of back office functions.

Principally focussed on finance operations, Liz’s experience also extends to procurement, HR, IT, compliance and risk. Global experience offers Liz a unique insight into common problems faced by rapidly growing organisations.

Liz has worked with start-ups as they scale into new markets, consolidate global functions into shared services and deliver post-acquisition (both buying and being bought) integration activities. Liz has also worked with the Australian public sector to drive operational efficiencies and introduce agile principles such as failing fast. Liz enjoys working with diverse organisations in challenging situations.
