Strategy, implementation and change management executive, with over 20 years experience in banking and financial services, gained at listed and SME organisations.
During this time, I have noticed that most businesses do a reasonable job of developing strategy; however, many businesses struggle to convert strategy into implementable action. Failure can be due to many reasons, but commonly include ineffective management of strategic change and lack of execution support structures. This poses problems, as businesses fail to achieve outcomes, or realise benefits. I work to address these problems and help businesses execute against their strategic agenda.
My 'business'led' change approach enables business leaders and teams to operationalise strategy by designing, implementing and embedding change in their business. And I implement fit-for-purpose PMOs (where required) to ensure the right structures and processes are in place to support strategy execution.
