Strategic leader with management consulting experience across Capgemini Invent, Deloitte Digital and Publicis Sapient. In-depth expertise in growth strategy, customer experience and corporate innovation.

I am currently the Director of Customer Strategy & Innovation at Capgemini Invent, the digital consulting and transformation business line of the Capgemini Group. I work with our clients to imagine, design and deliver change to business models, enable better outcomes for customers, and create more value and sustainable growth.

Prior to this, I spent 5-years as Head of Strategy, and a member of the leadership team, at Publicis Sapient Australia. During this time, I established a new customer advisory capability and built a team of 25+ consultants across customer strategy, experience design and digital innovation.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong, trusted relationships with CMO’s, CIO’s and Product Leaders. I am regarded for my open and collaborative style, with the ability to combine creative and conceptual thinking with in-depth business analysis and commercial rigor.
