Gavé is a fully integrated company specializing in sustainable agave cultivation and premium mezcal production for global markets. Embracing traditional methods alongside modern technology and sustainable practices, Gavé supports rural Mexican communities. The company delivers high-quality agave spirits to the US, EU, and soon to Asia, ensuring a positive social and environmental impact.

The problem we're solving

Land Degradation: Intensive farming and poor land management in arid and semi arid regions have depleted soil health, reduced biodiversity, and lowered economic viability. Lack of Sustainable Investment Opportunities: Few impactful investment options address land restoration, biodiversity, and economic returns together.

Our solution

Through an investment model, Gavé allows investors to own agave plants that restore soil health, prevent erosion, and protect biodiversity, while Gavé’s growers manage the crops. This generates returns from both harvest sales and monetized environmental value, such as carbon credits, creating financial and environmental benefits.

Our differentiator

Our model offers both financial returns and measurable environmental impact, aligning investor interests with ecological stewardship. We focus on rigorous data-driven monitoring to build transparency and trust, creating a reliable framework for investors who value sustainability metrics. This commitment not only ensures high-impact restoration outcomes but also establishes Gavé as a trusted leader in blending environmental and financial success.

Biggest achievement

To date, Gavé has cultivated nearly 200,000 Agave plants across over 400 hectares of restored and conserved land, capturing 25,000 tons of CO₂ cumulatively. With over 100 investors onboard and plans to harvest our first agave crop in 2026, we are poised for annual harvests thereafter. Plus, we were awarded as the impact company of the year at the Latin American Impact Investment Forum in Guatemala 2021.
