The problem we're solving

Conventional methods of drying, pulverizing, and sanitizing materials rely on fossil fuels, heat, and chemicals, resulting in harmful emissions and resource depletion. Heat processing also degrades material nutrition. Wet materials raise transportation and disposal costs, while risking bacterial growth. Valuable nutrients in food byproducts often go to waste in landfills instead of being reused effectively. These challenges highlight the urgent need for sustainable and efficient alternatives.

Our solution

ADAR's Acoustic Dehydration Solution (ADS) uses kinetic energy to dry, pulverize, and sanitize food and waste materials without fossil fuels, heat, or harmful chemicals. Powered solely by electricity, ADS converts these materials into dry, sanitized powders for upcycling into valuable products like bio-friendly animal feed, soil amendments, and nutrient-rich additives (fibers, vitamins, proteins, fats, calcium), creating new market opportunities and supporting circular economies.

Biggest achievement

ADAR's biggest achievement to date is the development and production of our ADS Generation 4 commercial machine. Building upon the successes of our ADS Generation 3, which underwent rigorous testing with over 70 different materials, Generation 4 represents a significant leap forward in efficiency and throughput. This latest iteration integrates real-time advanced data analytics and remote monitoring capabilities, enhancing operational insights and performance monitoring for our customers.
