I have practical knowledge in R&D, Quality assurance, Operations and Packaging development in different categories including Process Cheese, Cream Cheese, Biscuit, Powder Beverage and others. With over 12 years’ experience in Product Development from concept to commercialization, I have worked proficiently with regional and global cross-functional teams to create innovative and quality products for the Australian, US, European, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and China markets. An effective communicator, I am able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional project team members and suppliers at all levels of seniority. I am a strong leader able to influence multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects in full compliance with customer needs and regulations.
