About Chloe
I spent the first 14 years of my career working in the Not-for-profit sector with the latter years as Business Development Manager in Sport, Recreation and Community. I have a bachelor's in business management and was selected as a Young CEO for YMCA Australia before the world changed and Covid hit. As a lot of us did during that time, I pivoted and moved into Human Resources, specifically, manufacturing and production organisations. I have absolutely found my passion in balancing the needs of the business with the needs of our people. I believe in saying YES and putting my hand up for any opportunities that come my way.
