    Trained as a chemical engineer with experience in university research, industrial research and technical support, manufacturing operations and operations management. I have extensive experience in pulp and paper across the manufacturing operations, and have been involved in trials, product development, customer support, supply chain and technical leadership throughout manufacturing organisations. I have also lead machine learning projects and applied analytics projects to support data driven decision making from everyone in the organisation from shop floor to senior management teams.
