About Sandra
Sandra Dal Maso is the General Manager of Research and Development (R & D) at Bega Cheese Limited. She has over 30 years experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) businesses including Kraft Foods, Mondelez International and Bega Cheese. Sandra has led both domestic and international Research and Development teams across markets in Australia, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and South America. In her current role she manages the functions of Product Development, Packaging Development, Process Engineering and Consumer Science for both domestic and international markets. Sandra is passionate about creating new products and packages that consumers love as well as maintaining the quality and cost efficiency of iconic products such as Vegemite and Bega Peanut Butter.
