Awsum are India's First Ayurveda inspired Functional Chocolate brand. Their mission is to inspire lifelong healthy habits by bringing simplicity, inspiration and delight to the world of supplements.

    The problem we're solving

    We identified 4 key problem areas:
    1) Increase in Lifestyle disorders that is rapidly taking shape of chronic illnesses
    2) Convenience Seeking Consumer that are looking for easy to use and delightful medicine delivery formats
    3) Side effects of Western Conventional Medicine
    4) Stigma around ""Pills and Capsules"", these formats still don't have household acceptance and consumers are not very comfortable consuming them as it has a bad perception attached with it

    Our solution

    We as a functional F&B brand believe that its not just what you take that matters but also how to take it. Our product proposition is designed on 3 core principals:

    1) Effective : We use potent and powerful natural herbs that work together to deliver just the health benefit you are seeking.

    2) Natural : We use power of plant sourced ingredients and no artificial substances or flavoring agents. Since we only use plant based natural ingredients, there is no side effects as such.

    3) Delightful : We strive to make your nutritional requirements tasty and more enjoyable.

    Our differentiator

    We are currently one of the first companies globally that is using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and combining it with real whole food to create effective and delightful products that helps urban working millennial and GenZ people lead a better and healthy life by dealing effectively with lifestyle related disorders

    Biggest achievement

    1) Our Brand was selected as one of the 25 most innovative emerging brands chosen from 8,000+ companies in over 130 categories by Spoonshot in there report Game-Changers 2022 and was presented in one of the largest Food technology industry event Future Food-Tech that took place in San Francisco which was attended by 1000+ industry professionals.

    2) Our Startup has been selected to take part and deliver a keynote session at the World Bank Food Innovation Webinar 2022 that is scheduled to take place on 11th May 2022

    3) Our Startup had been covered by many coveted industry journals in India and also covered by many prominent media channels like ET Now , VOGUE , FEMINA, COSMOPOLITAN GQ Magazine , Financial Express , Inc 42 , CNN News 18 ,ABP News , The Economic Times, The Times of India

    4) We have been able to finalize a collaboration deal with one of Indias biggest coffee chain stores and from next month onwards we will start working with them

    5) We have also got product approval to be listed with WH Smith - A world renowned British Retailer
