About Eithne
Eithne is a PhD qualified Nutrition Scientist and Dietitian with extensive experience as a food industry professional both in-house and as a specialist consultant with local and international food companies, primary industry bodies, government, food retailers and health organisations. Her expertise spans across product development and innovation, research translation, nutrition marketing and communications, public relations and issues management, stakeholder engagement, and food policy and regulation. Eithne is a member of the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (AIFST), the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA) and is currently a member of the Federal Government’s Healthy Food Partnership Portion Size Industry Best Practice Working Group. Eithne, a self-confessed foodie is passionate about nutrition and wellbeing and is driven to contribute to a healthier and more sustainable global food system
